Your Brio 650 is protected by a two-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. If your air purifier has a qualifying defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. A shipping fee may apply.

What the Warranty Covers
The two-year limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects affecting the Brio air purifier during normal household use.
The APART™ Collection Cartridge and Refresh Plus™ Filter are covered by a separate one-year limited warrantyagainst defects in materials and workmanship. Eligible defective components will be replaced at no charge.
Keeping Your Warranty Valid
To maintain warranty coverage:
- Use genuine Brio APART Collection Cartridges and filters.
- Operate, clean, and maintain your purifier according to the Brio User Guide.
- Keep your original proof of purchase or register your product within 60 days of purchase at brioairpurifier.com.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidents, misuse, or use outside the product’s intended purpose
- Improper cleaning or maintenance
- Physical abuse, chemical exposure, or water damage
- Natural disasters or other events beyond reasonable control
- Use with an incorrect voltage
- Repairs or servicing performed by an unauthorized party
The two-year purifier warranty does not cover the APART Collection Cartridge, Pre-Filter, or Refresh Plus Filter. Applicable cartridge and filter coverage is described in the separate one-year limited warranty above.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Additional Warranty Terms
All express and implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period. No express or implied warranties will apply after that period.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on the state in which you live.
Because warranty copy creates legal obligations, the revised language should be reviewed before publication to confirm that it accurately reflects Brio’s current policies and legal entity information.
